What if I've forgotten my password/username?

If you need to reset your password to access your account, you can reset your password clicking on 'Log in' then click on the link 'forgotten your password' enter your email address and we'll send you a password reminder.

How do I add a game to my teepee to play later?

When you're logged in to TeePee Games, there is an 'SAVE' button next to all games. You can save up to 10 games into your teepee.

How do I find games I have played before?

When you're logged in to TeePee Games pick the platform you have played on e.g. Facebook or online and you will be shown a slide of games that includes 'these are the games you played most recently'

What are TeePee Rewards?

TeePee rewards 'TP's' are symbols of how much you love playing games on TeePee. As you play more games you receive more TP's. These unlock rewards that appear in your teepee trophy cabinet:
Each new game you play earns you one TP token.

At 1 TP per new game
10 games = Chipmunk
20 games = Muskrat
30 games = Rabbit
40 games = Beaver

At 1 TP per 2 games
60 games = Vulture
80 games = Raven
100 games = Owl
120 games = Falcon

At 1 TP per 4 games
160 games = Horse
200 games = Wildcat
240 games = Wolf
280 games = Bear

Play 10 new games and you are given the status of Chipmunk who's head then appears in your trophy room
Once you reach Beaver status things get a little harder. To win any of the bird trophies you need to play 2 new games for each TP token awarded until you become a Falcon.
Then the tough get even tougher, because to get snake status you must play 4 new games to get each TP token until you reach the ultimate animal, the Bear

How do I download the TeePee Mobile application and/or I have
a problem with the TeePee Mobile Application?

To get the TeePee Android is easy. On the TeePee homepage chose 'Mobile Games' then click on the Android logo, enter your phone number into the space provided and hit 'Send' we will then send you a link to download the application.

The games on your site are not working for me, what should I so?

Please make sure Java/java-script and Cookies are enabled in your Internet browser's preferences.
Ad-blocking software, home firewalls, or other security software (Norton, ZoneAlarm, etc.) may affect the site's performance. Temporarily disable any ad-blockers or firewalls you have running.
Check the security zone setting of your Internet browser's preferences. If the security is set too high, you will be blocked from accessing more sites.
Close other applications. Having other programs running can slow down or impair your browser's performance, especially if you're playing a high-requirement game.
This issue could be caused by your browser trying to access an old and/or broken version of the page. Please clear your browser's cache, refresh the webpage and try it again.
It maybe that your Flash or Shockwave player is corrupted and you may well need to reinstall.

To reinstall Flash:

  1. Download the uninstaller here Save the uninstaller to your desktop,
  2. Quit/exit any applications you have open.
  3. Launch the uninstaller from your desktop
  4. Follow the instructions in the dialog boxes that appear.
  5. You can then reinstall the latest version Flash here

To reinstall Shockwave:

  1. Download the uninstaller here Save the uninstaller to your desktop,
  2. Quit/exit any applications you have open.
  3. Launch the uninstaller from your desktop

FACEBOOK CONNECT HELP:

I already have a TeePee account, can I still login with my Facebook account?

Yes, follow these steps if you already have an existing TeePee account:

  1. Login to TeePee with your current TeePee account details
  2. In the player box in the top right of the page you will see a button with the Facebook logo and the word "Connect" – click it.
  3. A popup will appear, login with your Facebook email and password if you aren't already logged in to Facebook.
  4. Click "Accept" on the permissions page in the popup.
  5. A success page will then be displayed, this means you have successfully linked your Facebook and TeePee accounts together.

What is Facebook Connect?

Facebook Connect gives you an easy way to sign up and/or log in to TeePee Games and play games using your Facebook account. While logged in, you can easily comment, rate, share and play games with your friends.

Why should I use Facebook Connect?

Facebook Connect makes it easier for you to log in or signup to TeePee games Facebook Connect makes it easier to share your TeePee site activity to your Friends.

Will TeePee Games have access to my Facebook information? TeePee Games does not request or store any information that you have not elected to share with us when you initially login with Facebook.
